The fourth Bleach movie has been announced, courtesy of the 1/14 issue of Weekly Shonen Jump. The only information we have on it so far is that it will be in theaters sometime during winter 2010, and will deal with “full” or “perfect” Hollow-Ichigo, depending on which translation you favor.
The interesting thing about this is that the topic doesn’t lend itself to becoming a side-story, which is what the Bleach movies have been thus far. Typically, movies in major franchises like this seem to take place in an alternate universe from the television series- and while hard-core fans can generally tell you where in the series’ continuity the movies supposedly fit, it never really matters. Since the nature of Ichigo’s Hollow form is critically important to the overall Bleach storyline, I don’t see how they could develop it in a movie and then fail to acknowledge the events of the movie in the series. I suppose they could have Ichigo do something as a Hollow and then forget all about it by the end of the movie, or use some other cop-out, but I’d like to give the writers the benefit of the doubt. Come to think of it, they have been rather ambitious with the filler storylines in Bleach lately (by which I mean, some of them have a point), so maybe this is just a continuation of that trend.
I haven’t really been interested in the storyline since they were using Ichirin no Hana as the opening theme, but I do find Ichigo’s Hollow form interesting; not just because the character can kick ass more effectively as a Hollow (because you know, clearly what everyone on Bleach needs is to be powered up some more), but because the character seems to hold the answers to how the whole Human/Shinigami/Hollow/etc. system works in Bleach- provided that Kubo actually has an answer. Again, I like to give people the benefit of the doubt.

They explain how he gets hollowfied and how the hollow comes to exsist in his soul. When he faces Byakuya and Renji he gets defeated and Urahara breaks his soul chain which causes the hollw to come into exsitant and the hollowfication is done by the Visoreds. Rewatch seasons 1 and 6 and you’ll learn it all. Thats to Light by the way.

well the wb is doing a real life bleach movie which im all for i just hope they dont mess up. like they have in the past with other movies aka superman rofl and if no one believes me on it just goto comicbookmovies.net and you can read the article yourself as for the fourth installment for the manga version it should be amazing and expect to have something to do with the real life version sorta like a guidline for the real life version

All i can say is that i hope that the vasto lordes/ultimate hollow emerges… if you watch the latest episodes, you’ll see what i mean. C’mon! Ichigo is awesome!!!! However, I don’t see how he can come back to life with a half-meter hole in his chest (spoiler!!!sorry). I know people are saying that “it’s the hollow inside him MacDaddy, geez you noob!” but it just doesn’t make any sense! Apart from this…. I hope that the film will be bloody awesome. Apparently Warner Bros. are doing a version of this in real life (Dragonball evolution style, hopefully not as rubbish). There is a fan-made intro that shows the military in afghanistan getting attacked by Hollows (only some people can see them, so it’s quite funny, in a way, to see the soldiers shooting at nothing, then being swatted by a screeecher). Cue the Shinigami / Death Gods / whatever, the cameraman, who can see the shinigami and hollow (can’t see ghosts though, eh?) captures the whole thing and it made me personally go “oh….my….god”
If you find it and disagree/agree remember… I am an anime hooked fifteen year-old… anything that looks remotely “cool” makes me go “OMG!”

well all is about to be explained in the next few bleach manga chapters we know his dad also has the power of zangetsu and i was looking at ichigo and his dads swords and they are extremely similar look for your self ichigo season one manga’s sword and his dads its crazy and everyone knows ichigo will eventually be with Nel lol jk jk rukia ofcourse orihime will get with chad and rukia will be ichigos vice captain but whos division will he get hmmm might want to watch him beat captain amagi again cause that is the rules to be a captain you have to beat a captain infront of captain commander and atleast two other captain or vice captains and there were definetly more then enough there hahaha enough rambling for now more later ill let you all ponder on that
