To “…” I believe bonkai is just bad spelling for bankai and Zaraki Kenpachi is the 11th sqaud captain whose zanpaktou is not in shikai form already. the reason behind this is that Zaraki Kenpachi is a brute and is unable to form a bond with his zanpaktou (just look at how beat up his sword is). The person whose zanpaktou is already in shikai is Ichigo Kurosaki…….. retard.

Zaraki’s Zanpaktou is already in shikai form because, although he is unable to form a bond with it, his Spiritual pressure ovverrides it and forces it into shikai. Go back to the episode where he and Ichigo fight while ichigo is trying to save rukia from being executed, He explains this all himself although he doesn’t say “shikai” he says “Released form”. Please ay attention to previous episodes BEFORE you correct people. And yes, ichigo’s Zanpaktou is the same way as zaraki’s, only it has bankai form and hes formed a bond. Can’t wait until after the rebellion, i predict that at some point Zaraki will form a bond and learn bankai.. who knows!
